Quite a pea harvest today! Peas are so perfect. Look at this one!
I picked all these peas for dinner, I made Aloo Muttar Paneer from Rick Stein's book Far Eastern Odyssey. I made the paneer (cheese), it's really easy to make. I used this recipe. This is my favourite dish at my favourite restaurant, Vegetarian Food Studio in Cardiff.
Here's the result. It was really tasty. It's been a beautiful, hot day today, so we ate outside. Bliss!
