Beans for dinner

A lovely dinner of climbing beans, peas and roast potatoes with chicken leg cooked in a ras el hanout (Moroccan spice mix) and honey marinade.


The potatoes roast really well.



The climbing beans tasted lovely, but disappointingly turned from a deep purple/black to green when I boiled them. Here they are before they were cooked.
