More magnolia pics & planted the broad beans

 Can't stop taking photos of that magnolia tree!

 Today I planted out the broad beans that have been growing in pots inside. Also I put the parsley and tomato seedlings into bigger pots.

 The flowers on the magnolia tree are beginning to open!

Thanks to Dad's advice I planted out the sweet peas that I'd been growing indoors:

 Now the Stafford snow drops that I had in pots are over I've split them & planted them in little spots in different bits of the garden.

 The lovage that I planted last year from the allotment I had been working on peeped it's head today!

 Here's the newly mown front lawn, neat and tidy, but there's so much moss in there!

Blossom

I couldn't help taking lots of photos of the beautiful blossoms on my walk to work in the morning.

Magnolia, Margoram, and alpine strawberries

 The magnolia tree is looking lovely. the buds are nearly ready to flower.

 A gorgeous day today. I mowed the front lawn, dug out lots of dandilions, raked out moss, then planted some marjoram and alpine strawberries seeds into pots.

Digging and mowing

Beautiful day today. Blue sky, and really warm. Lots more digging today, and I mowed the lawn, for the first time since last year!

Wind is up again, and more digging

How did my little greenhouse end up here?! I put it outside the other day, near the house, and in the night the wind must have picked it right up and put it on my decked area! 

Broad beans are sprouting well: 

I planted a few onion bulbs in a row in the vege patch: 

And I've finally dug out this big spiky plant that was on it's last legs, I'm going to put the sweet peas here, I think. 

More digging

More digging today, still finding big rocks in the ground. Not sure what to do with them all, I've got piles of them! Also planted a sage plant in the path, near the thyme plant. 

A few tomatoes and some parsley

I planted a few seeds today, some 'red cherry' tomatoes (just a few) and some parsley (Italian Giant). I got home and it was still light, so I also dug a spot by my path in our lawn and put in a thyme plant that I bought last month.

Seed swapping

I swapped some beans with a friend at work for lots of flower seeds (the pics are the ones I gave to her. I kept a few beans of each, so I took photos of the packets so I know how to grow them!).
